Privacy and measurement

We measure which Facebook/Instagram ads bring visitors, how far they get through our challenges and whether they create a new account.

PostHog receives a random browser ID, ad tags, page/step events, signup, reward claims and a completed-lesson signal after signup. This funnel tracking sends no answers, marks, chats, recordings, phone/email or session replays.

Meta receives public challenge page visits and actual new signups, browser/ad IDs and hashed signup phone/email details. Hashing is not anonymisation: Meta can use it to match an account. Lesson activity is not sent to Meta.

Browser attribution and local event records are kept for 30 days. You can turn measurement off for this browser below. We also honour browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. This does not affect challenges, signup or rewards.

Turning it off stops new events, pending delivery and the local signup-to-lesson linkage. It does not automatically delete data already delivered; see our main privacy policy for deletion requests. Main privacy policy
